Introductory provisions<\/strong><\/h3><h2 data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"551\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #7a7a7a; background-color: transparent; letter-spacing: 0px;\">These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between:<\/span><\/h2><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"1179\"><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"1000\"><li data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"816\"><p data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"816\"><strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"643\">To the Seller<\/strong>:<br data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"647\" \/>Czech Rave Culture z. s..,<br data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"680\" \/>with registered office at Smetanovo n\u00e1m.979\/2, Moravsk\u00e1 Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava; ID No.: 22445285; registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava, file No. L 17462,<br data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"722\" \/>e-mail: <a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"784\">support@supremeraves.com<\/a><br data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"787\" \/>(hereinafter referred to as \"Seller\")<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"1000\"><p data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"1000\"><strong data-start=\"823\" data-end=\"836\">To buyers<\/strong>who is a consumer or an entrepreneur, via an e-shop located at the following internet address <a href=\"https:\/\/supremeraves.com\/en\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"970\">https:\/\/supremeraves.com\/<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the \"web interface\").<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1082\"><p data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1082\">The provisions of these Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1179\"><p data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1179\">Any deviating provisions in the Purchase Contract shall prevail over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"234\">II. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement<\/strong><\/h3><ol data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"1210\"><li data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"444\"><p data-start=\"239\" data-end=\"444\">The web interface of the shop contains a list of goods offered, including the prices of individual items. The listing of goods on the website does not constitute a proposal to conclude a contract within the meaning of Section 1732 of the Civil Code.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"675\"><p data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"675\"><strong data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"520\">By sending an order, the Buyer makes a proposal to conclude a purchase contract.<\/strong> The confirmation of receipt of the order, which is automatically sent by e-mail, serves only as information about the delivery of the order and is not an acceptance of the draft contract.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"981\"><p data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"981\"><strong data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"805\">The purchase contract is concluded only at the moment when the Seller confirms the order by e-mail as accepted and thus accepts the proposal.<\/strong> The Seller is entitled not to accept the proposal, especially if the goods are not in stock, there is a significant error in the price or if the abuse of the payment system or discount promotions is suspected.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"983\" data-end=\"1210\"><p data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1210\">If the order is not confirmed by:<br data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1026\" \/>- <strong data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1043\">72 hours<\/strong> from its receipt in the case of physical goods, or<br data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1096\" \/>- <strong data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1113\">24 hours<\/strong> in case of electronic tickets,<br data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1152\" \/>is deemed not to have been accepted and the contract has not been formed.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1245\"><strong data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1245\">III. Terms of delivery<\/strong><\/h3><ol data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1884\"><li data-start=\"1247\" data-end=\"1393\"><p data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1393\"><strong data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1330\">The goods are delivered exclusively within the territory of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.<\/strong> The buyer is obliged to provide a complete and correct delivery address.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1563\"><p data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1563\">Delivery is provided by a contractual carrier (e.g. Z\u00e1silkovna, DPD, Czech Post - to be specified). The Seller informs the Buyer about the handover of the shipment to the carrier by e-mail.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1713\"><p data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1713\">Electronic tickets (if included in the offer) are sent in PDF format to the Buyer's email address within 24 hours of receipt of payment.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1884\"><p data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1884\">Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer is obliged to check its integrity. In case of damage, we recommend not to accept the shipment and to draw up a complaint report with the carrier.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"1927\"><strong data-start=\"1895\" data-end=\"1927\">IV. Prices and payment terms<\/strong><\/h3><ol data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"2571\"><li data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"2064\"><p data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2064\"><strong data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2064\">All prices are quoted in Czech crowns (CZK) and are final, including VAT and all possible charges, except for shipping costs.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2212\"><p data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2212\">Payment is possible via an online payment gateway (e.g. Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The Buyer is informed by email after payment has been accepted.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2484\"><p data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2484\"><strong data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2298\">The price of shipping varies according to the chosen delivery method and destination (Czech Republic or Slovakia).<\/strong> The exact amount of the shipping fee will be displayed to the Buyer when completing the order in the shopping cart.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2486\" data-end=\"2571\"><p data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2571\"><strong data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2571\">The goods remain the property of the Seller until the purchase price is paid in full.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1479\"><strong data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1479\">V. Withdrawal from the contract (consumer)<\/strong><\/h3><ol data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"2506\"><li data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1610\"><p data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1610\">The buyer - consumer has the right under \u00a7 1829 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code to withdraw from the contract within <strong data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1591\">14 days<\/strong> from the receipt of the goods.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1807\"><p data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1807\">For the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer may use the sample form attached to these terms and conditions or send a clear statement by e-mail to <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1782\" data-end=\"1806\">support@supremeraves.com<\/a>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1940\"><p data-start=\"1812\" data-end=\"1940\">The Buyer is obliged to send or hand the goods back to the Seller without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"1992\"><p data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"1992\">The costs associated with the return of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2265\"><p data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2265\">The Seller shall refund to the Buyer all payments received, including delivery costs (except for extra costs incurred as a result of a chosen delivery method other than the cheapest), within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, but not earlier than after receiving the returned goods.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2506\"><p data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2314\"><strong data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2313\">The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract<\/strong>:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2318\" data-end=\"2506\"><li data-start=\"2318\" data-end=\"2370\"><p data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2370\">for the delivery of goods modified according to the Buyer's wishes;<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2374\" data-end=\"2506\"><p data-start=\"2376\" data-end=\"2506\">of digital content (e.g. a PDF ticket) if it was delivered with prior express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2558\"><strong data-start=\"2516\" data-end=\"2558\">VI. Claims and rights from defective performance<\/strong><\/h3><ol data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"3040\"><li data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2681\"><p data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2681\">Rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code (\u00a7 2099 et seq.) and Act No. 634\/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2683\" data-end=\"2841\"><p data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"2841\">The seller is responsible for the fact that the goods are free from defects upon receipt. A defect that becomes apparent within 1 year of receipt shall be deemed to exist at the time of receipt.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2843\" data-end=\"2918\"><p data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2918\">Complaints can be made by email at <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2893\" data-end=\"2917\">support@supremeraves.com<\/a>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"3040\"><p data-start=\"2923\" data-end=\"3040\">Complaints will be settled within 30 days of the complaint being made. The Buyer will be informed of the result by e-mail.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3081\"><strong data-start=\"3050\" data-end=\"3081\">VII. Personal data protection<\/strong><\/h3><ol data-start=\"3083\" data-end=\"3459\"><li data-start=\"3083\" data-end=\"3176\"><p data-start=\"3086\" data-end=\"3176\">The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3360\"><p data-start=\"3181\" data-end=\"3360\">Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract, maintaining the user account, accounting and marketing (e.g. sending newsletters if the Buyer expressly agrees to this).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3362\" data-end=\"3459\"><p data-start=\"3365\" data-end=\"3459\">Details are given in <strong data-start=\"3392\" data-end=\"3430\">Personal Data Processing Policy<\/strong>available on the e-shop website.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"3466\" data-end=\"3502\"><strong data-start=\"3469\" data-end=\"3502\">VIII. Out-of-court dispute resolution<\/strong><\/h3><ol data-start=\"3504\" data-end=\"3830\"><li data-start=\"3504\" data-end=\"3666\"><p data-start=\"3507\" data-end=\"3666\">The buyer-consumer has the right to address any complaint to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.coi.cz\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3601\" data-end=\"3611\">www.coi.cz<\/a>) to resolve a consumer dispute out of court.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3668\" data-end=\"3830\"><p data-start=\"3671\" data-end=\"3830\">Consumer disputes can also be resolved through the EU's online dispute resolution platform: <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3758\" data-end=\"3830\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p><\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"3837\" data-end=\"3868\"><strong data-start=\"3840\" data-end=\"3868\">IX. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/h3><ol data-start=\"3870\" data-end=\"4149\"><li data-start=\"3870\" data-end=\"3991\"><p data-start=\"3873\" data-end=\"3991\">The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
